7 common fruits that can be 'dangerous' - run the risk of blood sugar spikes


One of the healthiest snacks to have is FRUIT. Not only do they include a lot of vitamins and fibre, but they also have very little calories. Particular people, however, can find some fruits to be "hazardous."
