Police Arrest Woman Suspected In Midtown Atlanta Shooting That Killed 2 And Injured Another
According to reports, a lady who is accused of shooting three individuals in Atlanta, killing two of them and injuring another, has been taken into custody.
Atlanta police said they were summoned to a Midtown condominium complex at around 1:45 p.m. due to a reported gunfire, according to WSB-TV. One person was found dead at the scene and two people had been found shot.
Then, in Midtown, another individual was discovered there with a gunshot wound; this person eventually passed away from their wounds. The victim who was still alive was brought to a local hospital for treatment.
Police later acknowledged that the alleged gunman was a female, however they haven't released her name to the general public.
Law authorities asked residents to stay inside and off the streets in the surrounding area as they searched for the shooter, putting much of Midtown on lockdown. Around 4:15 p.m. local time later,
