MAKES 3 CUPS OF SALSA

YOU'LL NEED

* 5 Zespri SunGold Kiwis, peeled and diced * 1/4 cup red bell pepper, stemmed, seeded and finely diced* * 1 small jalapeño, stemmed, seeded, and finely diced

* 1/2 cup diced red onion * 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh     cilantro leaves * Juice from ½ of a fresh lime

* Salt and pepper, to taste * 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve with baked tortilla chips.
